首先你要建立一个mysql数据库
然后在数据库里面设置字段 例如 用户 留言
当你在html页面的文本框填写留言后，用表单点击提交（在表单里面要设置提交到那个页面 比如：index.php）
当你提交到改页面后，在这个页面填写你的php代码
就是连接数据库，然后将你的留言写进数据库
最后查看 和删除 就是执行数据库常见的查询功能和删除功能了
首先呢，你这样的思路是错误的，普通的用户怎么能允许他登陆到数据库呢。
再者，这个留言板你要是开发卖给其他的客户，可以做成安装版，你可能接触过一些cms，就是安装的时候，选择让用户设置本地的数据库密码，这样就实现了你想要的效果。
简单点：你把留言和用户id、文章id保存在数据库，然后用户登录之后让用户在个人中心看见留言，更改，这样简单点
一个html表单，包含留言信息，提交给一个php文件，然后php把数据存入相应数据库。
查看留言则是php从数据库读出相应数据，然后显示给用户。

首先是确定自己的留言板需求.例如:名字,邮件及留言内容.

这样就可以建立出一个简单的管理.管理帐号都是admin 因为只是判别输入的是不是admin 是的话就把值输入进session中.
